So, I did the Insanity Fit Test today. Made me kind of feel like a loser lump, but I’m just repeating to myself that I will get better.
In order to track my results, I’m gonna write them down here along with how I felt so that I can see how things progress…
Switch Kicks — 60 (This one didn’t feel to bad, maybe because it was an easy concept, maybe because I wasn’t tired yet lol)
Power Jacks — 23 (Same as above, although I couldn’t do as many)
Power Knees — 60 (WOO!)
Power Jumps — 10 (Not even sure I did one correctly, the coordination needed for this one escapes me.)
Globe Jumps — 4 (WTF)
Suicide Jumps — 10 (OMG -.-)
Push Up Jacks — 8 (Bizarrely slow ones. I can’t really even do one regular push up so this was a serious challenge)
Low Plank Obliques — 22 (I think I could do these better on a yoga mat, because the wood floor really hurt my arms)
Alright, here’s to improving! I’m at home and using my brother’s dvds…I really don’t want to have to get my own, but my roommate’s boyfriend isn’t using his, so maybe I can snag them.
